Weeks 6 & 7

Hey all! I hope you’ve all been doing well! I’ve been waiting for the day I see a scorpion here and I’m really, really hoping I never do. My cousin told me that if I wake up and see a scorpion on me, that I shouldn’t move and I’m just wondering what on earth he expects me to do. I have seen all kinds of things since I’ve been here. I’ve seen quite a few lizards, a bunch of roaches (they even fly!), a duck with the spots of a cow, and a family of deer. I heard there was a snake at the river. Thank goodness I wasn’t there that day.
